Education is often a huge factor in seeing dreams come to fruition, therefore we created the College Prep Academy.
College Prep Academy (CPA) is a comprehensive training program that prepares high school students for admission at colleges and universities nationwide. Students are guided through every phase of the college admissions process, including: essays & personal statements, transcript evaluation, scholarships, financial aid, colleges, majors & career choices, SAT/ACT prep, NCAA regulations.
We also take it a step further to help you develop a roadmap to achieving your goal of attending the college of your dreams by exploring your passion, purpose, strengths and talents to determine your best collegiate and career opportunities.
Our program consists of the following;
Student Analysis:
Participate in one on one discussions to explore careers and potential areas of study
Develop a plan for exploring potential careers and corresponding college majors
Advise on extracurricular activities, summer programs, and résumé
College Readiness:
Plan and review your student's high school curriculum
Review schedules and make a plan for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, AP, IB
Provide worksheets, checklists and organizational strategies to manage important tasks and deadlines
College Search:
Educate regarding strategies for college research using multiple sources of information
Assist in college applications including essay writing (topic development, critique and proofreading)
Prepare students for successful college visits
Family Support:
Educate families on application process
Educate families on financial aid and scholarship opportunities
