1 Million Girls by 2035

We want girls to know they can live their dream because ALL things are possible if you believe in yourself and work hard for it.  

Imagining she can be anything is just the beginning, actually having the tools to "live your dream" and seeing someone whose already done it makes all the difference! We’re bridging the gender dream gap by not just telling girls they should dream big, but by nurturing a vision for life and providing access to resources that help achieve it.

We are on a mission to equip girls to live their dreams by helping them imagine all they can become through optimizing their faith, potential and education while also expanding their networks and providing solutions that eliminate barriers. By doing this we expect to achieve our vision of unlocking the dreams of 1Million girls across the globe and significantly shifting what communities, schools, the workplace and success looks like by 2035.

Every little girl has a dream, but all too often they become held back. Research shows that while boys continue to believe in their dreams from adolescence through adulthood, at age 7 most girls stop dreaming about ALL they could be in their lives. Their dreams become limited and bound by gender norms, discrimination and lack of access. In addition to these challenges, according to a 2018 online survey, 86% of moms surveyed are worried about the kind of role models their daughters are exposed to. 

We are passionate about closing the gender dream gap by removing barriers, like the ones mentioned above, that deny or impede girls from living their dreams and realizing their full potential.  

We want girls to have the skills and opportunities they need to live their dream which includes seeing role models that demonstrate confidence, leadership, uniqueness and live their lives with a high degree of integrity and moral character.
